ICHS has a continuous admission policy: you can apply anytime between November and July for a start date in September 2025

Our application process consists of completing an application form and recording a video interview, where you’ll share your journey and future aspirations with us. at ICHS we’re not just looking for qualifications; we seek candidates who can thrive in our dynamic international environment.

Step 1
Fill in the online application form

Enter your information & upload the required documentation

Step 2
Pay the application fee

After attaching all the documents, you will be invited to review and validate your application and to pay (online by credit card) the non-refundable registration fee of 100 British pounds sterling.

Your application will be complete when we have received payment of the application fees.

Step 3
Prepare for your video interview

Check your emails, you will be sent a link to schedule your online admission interview.

Step 4
Receive and confirm your admission

To guarantee your place, you will have to pay (online banking transaction) the deposit within 20 days of receiving your pre-acceptance letter.

Once the deposit payment is confirmed, you will receive your final acceptance letter within two business days.

Step 5
Take your 2 mandatory appointments

Apply for your visa with the embassy in your (nearest) country of residence

Tuition fees in England

When preparing for your stay in England to study at ICHS, it is essential to know what expenses you will have to face and what your tuition fees include.

‍

They are specific to each program but all include:

Courses and conferences
All course work, books, and access to online learning
Access to the Pathfinder™ support

Access to the One Health Center
Access to campus facilities, the Learning Center (open six days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and the Digital Learning Center
Language tests and preparation for IELTS, TOEIC or CEF

If applicable:

Study travel expenses (excluding transport and accommodation costs)
One or two semesters of academic exchange in one of our partner institutions (excluding transport and accommodation)

Scholarships for international students in England

‍

ICHS carries out various fundraising projects with for-profit and non-profit organizations in order to further support international students in their studies.

‍

For the start of the school year in September 2025, explore scholarships and financial aid options available to international students.

‍

For the 2025 intake, ICHS is offering up to 100 merit-based scholarships covering between 10 to 25% of the tuition fees on the 1st year of study for talented international students holding an international diploma.
